Refund policy

You may return your item for store credit only if the item received is defective. All items must be in the same condition as it was received. Please contact us at hello@rinseandrepeatkids.ca to initiate a return. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date the item was shipped. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

On all other items all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
